One fun (and rather addictive!) aspect of pregnancy is shopping for your changing body and for baby stuff, especially for first time moms. With a multitude of options now available, it can either be a blessing or just plain overwhelming. To help get you started, we’ve narrowed down some tried and tested, mom-group recommendations, fit for every budget. 1. Baby Mama
Babymama is the number one breastfeeding store in the Philippines. They carry over 300 local and international brands, with three physical stores located in Alabang, BGC, and Ortigas. They also offer nationwide delivery through their online store.
2. Hoy Bata!
A mompreneur’s love for her child powers the collab store Hoy Bata! Located along Aguirre Avenue in BF Homes, Parañaque, the name ‘collab store’ comes from two concepts: collaboration and laboratory. It is a retail store concept that offers Coco Haven personal care products, cloth books, bibdanas, nursing wears, baby carriers, books, curated boxes for kids, and many others.

CEO Emporium is a mommy-owned business based in Diliman, Quezon City. It is focused primarily on babywearing products and accessories, and is aimed at spreading awareness about safe babywearing practices and the benefits of babywearing to parents with babies and toddlers. It is the official exclusive distributor of Baby Tula and Emeibaby, as well as an authorized retailer of Ju-Ju-Be, Onya Baby, LennyLamb, Lillebaby, and Ellevill AS.
IMA stands for In My Arms, and is a local brand for baby carriers that offer the functions, benefits, and security of Soft Structured Carriers at an affordable price. Each of the carriers they sell is handmade, so they offer a limited number of designs per batch.
Elin is a women’s clothing brand that focuses on stylish and comfortable essentials for all moms, including maternity and nursing wear. The good thing is these clothes can be worn before, during, and after pregnancy.
Youji&Me features unique and ultra-functional products for babies and toddlers from all over the world. Some of the brands that they distribute in the Philippines are Cuddlebug, Capella, Boikido, Nuby, The Safe Sippy, Wee Gallery, and more. They have branches at Greenbelt and Trinoma.
Mamaway offers a wide variety of award-winning maternity fashion, breastfeeding apparel, maternity jeans, nursing lingerie, baby slings, recovery wear, and a lot of other accessories. You can find them at the 4th Level of Shangri-La Plaza’s main wing.
