What we’re digging:

  • The periodic table of Nate and Matt! Now that’s a totally cute way to bring add a personal sweet touch to the science theme. Nate and Matt’s photos were used to form the elements on the periodic table on a blackboard. Clever, right?
  • Even the centerpieces showed off Nate and Matt’s love of science! Instead of using plain old numbers to label each table, guests of these brainy brothers found their seats using the atomic numbers of different elements.
  • The dessert table was a sight to see! It’ll make you wish you could do dessert experiments in a lab, too! The cupcakes and cake pops shaped as molecules, test tubes, and beakers looked incredible. Plus, the dessert table setup itself immediately catches your attention with all the chemical formulas and molecular models on display.
  • The design your own lab coat area was a fun addition to the event! It’s an educational and interactive activity that I’m sure made the kids feel just like real scientists. Who wouldn’t love that?
